Bakken Thread Repair, LLC is hiring and offering immediate openings! Competitive and weekly pay with full benefits are offered after a 90 trial period!! This position has an opportunity for growth!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate various CNC machines
  • Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
  • Ability to use standard measuring equipment and gauge equipment
  • Must have previous experience running equipment (Will provide hands on training)

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with Shop Manager
  • Operate within standard operating procedures and adhere to regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to organize paperwork and material to accomplish a task
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

EDUCATION, SKILLS, & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Sufficiency in record keeping and reading work orders
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good communication skills

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes
  • Fast-paced environment with moving objects, sharp edges, and congested working areas
  • Will be pushing, pulling, kneeling, reaching overhead, grasping, and lifting up to 50 pounds

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:

  • Must meet established quality and production standards
  • Practice good housekeeping
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) - Basic PPE will be provided
  • Must meet established attendance policy and work overtime when required
  • Must perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen with random testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
